Recruitment for Dynamics (CRM) consultant who can assist with the following; 1. Assist BA's in defining requirements for the outstanding configuration required in Ellucian's CRM Recruit offering, in line with best business practice and UoS requirements. 2. Define Workflow, decision release rules, offer letter and supplemental items to best practice and preferred methods/tool of delivery. 3. Assist ICT and Ellucian with defining CRM environment and release process. 4. Perform and manage the identified configuration and development tasks of CRM and report on progress. 5. Assist with knowledge transfer of preferred methods and tools to existing UoS resources.
