Ventrus Trust - Part-managed outsourced catering services

Ventrus Trust are looking for a single supplier to manage their outsourced catering provision, this contract will not include TUPE with all staff remaining employed by the individual Schools, but the successful candidate will be required to manage and train these staff accordingly.
