Pavilion Upgrade 2025

Contract is for the upgrade and extension of the Pavilion on behalf of Bottesford Town Council. The works include general renovation, improvement of accessibility, internal and external upgrades and building services to meet modern community and regulatory standards. The scope of work comprises but is not limited to: Internal refurbishment including flooring, wall finishes and ceiling, Upgrading kitchen, toilet facilities, Electrrical improvements including lighting and heating, Roof and structural work where required, External work / drainage, Compliance with all relevant building regulations and health & safety standards.
