ASC0274 - Foodbank Plus

The aim of the service is to: 1. Provide support at foodbanks in Leicester with the aim of alleviating financial hardship. 2. Assess each individual accessing the service and develop a plan and act based on the assessment. 3. Measure the impact on mental wellbeing of discussing and acting on alleviating financial hardship. 4. Provide supportive information to help people who may require support from the service 5. Signpost participants to broader support if necessary.
