Refurbishment of Spring Lodge Referral Centre including the Construction of a Single Storey Extension

Lincolnshire Police has a requirement for the construction of a single storey extension to accommodate a disabled toilet and tea preparation room at the Forces Referral Centre at Spring Lodge, 12 Dean Road, Lincoln, LN2 4DR. Refurbishment works are also required within the medical examination room and the service users area. The Works must be completed by 30th April 2025.
