Description
The Authority is seeking quotations from suppliers to undertake a fixed term 'pilot' project to undertake a programme of statutory annual reviews of older people currently placed by the Authority in care homes within the City. The supplier will be required to undertake reviews (including completing Best Interests assessments where required) in accordance with the Authority's standard review process and to enter review outcomes directly into the Authority's social care system (Liquid Logic).
