The Education and Training Foundation are looking for delivery partners with experience of designing and developing leadership programmes backed with the latest research and evidence base that supports mangers and leaders to thrive in their leadership roles. We seek delivery partners who demonstrate evidence of utilising the latest thinking in leadership theory that connects to the role of leaders within Further Education and Training settings which vary from General FE Colleges (GFEs), Independent Training Providers (ITPs) and the Adult and Community Learning (ACL) sector.
