Walbrook Wharf - Replacement of The Mechanical & Electrical Services

Walbrook Wharf is an operating freight wharf. The site comprises the City of London's Waste Transfer Facility together with a cleansing depot, offices and ancillary accommodation. It is the Depot that is the subject of this tender. The Depot is used for various operational activities associated with the City's Cleansing Service. Veolia operates the waste transfer Depot and Cory Environmental are responsible for the transfer of waste into barges for transport to the Belvedere incinerator. The works are principally the complete replacement of the mechanical and electrical services. The works will be carried out in an operating/occupied Waste Transfer Depot, which operates 24/7.
