Evaluation of Newham's self-isolation support service (welfare checks) and the hotel isolation pilot

Newham Council requests a quotation for an evaluation of Newham Council's Self-Isolation Support Service (welfare checks) and the Hotel Isolation programme. The period being evaluated should begin from 1st March 2021 and end on 30th November 2021. We expect the researcher(s) to write a full report using quantitative and qualitative research to discover key findings (including any unexpected consequences), as well any learnings, recommendations and anonymised case studies (necessary if outputs cannot be quantified).
