The Licensee: • will be required to register their business with the Local Authorities Environmental Health Department as the registered business operator. • must comply with all relevant catering legislation and regulations which will include that the Business Operator must hold a minimum Level 3 Food Safety in Catering and all food handlers must hold a minimum Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene in Catering. • is to produce and implement procedures to ensure that the business complies with the Food Safety Act 1990. This will include consideration for food safety and intolerances. • is to produce and implement a Health and Safety Policy, which is to include compliance with the following procedures: o First Aid o RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995) • is to maintain a suitable accident / incident / complaint record for all staff and visitors to the site and have excellent two-way communication with nominated NRW staff to ensure accident / incident / complaint reporting in a timely and appropriate manner. • is to report hazards and damage to nominated NRW staff. • is responsible for the daily cleaning of the site which will be kept litter free.
