Description
This award is for the provision of a supplier to provide technical expertise to develop and support delivery of a 'Business As Usual' maintenance team to improve the digital GDS compliant Innovation Funding Service (IFS). The total value of this call off contract including optional extensions shall not exceed £1,392,187.50 excluding VAT. The initial call off contract value is £464,062.50 with the option to extend by £464,062.50 and then a further £464,062.50. This initial call off contract duration is 6 months with the option to extend by 6 months and then a further 6 months to a maximum contract duration of 18 months. This award was undertaken via a Digital Marketplace Digital Outcomes and Specialists opportunity (https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/digital-outcomes-and-specialists/opportunities/11882) and the award will be to Zaizi Limited. ***Variation 001 - The total contract value under this extension will not exceed £464,062.50 excluding VAT. Thus, the new expiry date will now be on the 3rd May 2021. ***Variation 002 - This variation was to utilise the remaining value of this contract of £464,060.00 excluding VAT. The new expiry date will be 31st July 2021 ***Variation 003 - This variation was a time based variation only to utilise the remaining time left within the contract with a new expiry date of 31st October 2021
