Description
The Loxford School Trust is a prestigious organisation which aims to deliver a high quality education forstudents aged 3-18. The Trust was formed in 2013 originally comprising of Loxford Primary Phase and LoxfordSchool of Science and Technology (Secondary Phase), due to the Trust's continued growth it has made theacquisition of four further schools within the greater London and Essex Area, Aldborough Primary School,Warren School, Abs Cross and Tabor Academy. Loxford School Trust are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced provider, to provide HR andPayroll services to approximately 950 (current figure but this shall increase as other schools join the Trust)employees across their current and future portfolio of schools as well as let a framework that shall be accessibleby any future schools joining the Trust throughout the life of this framework. Any schools that do join the Trustduring the life of this framework shall approach the successful provider and access the framework on the sameterms and against the same costs as tendered within the successful submission. There is no guarantee of anyadditional spend within this framework, and it shall not automatically follow that any new schools joining theTrust shall access the framework, nor be mandated to do so. Other Schools joining the Trust and utilising the framework agreement shall be expected to provide aspecification for the Successful Service Provider to then have up to 28 days in which to provide a responseincluding the service costs to that School and the Trust. Potential Providers should be aware that non-material variations may be required by other schools joining thetrust to the requirements outlined within the specification. The Successful Provider will be expected to makereasonable endeavours to meet these variations. This Framework is open to all current and future members of the Loxford School Trust, although as above thereis no guarantee of schools joining the Trust accessing this framework. This Framework is for 3 years, with an option to extend for 1 year, making 4 years in total. The expected budget for the service at its commencement is approximately £250,000 per annum, although thisfigure is provided for information only.
