Description
The Food Team are required to assess the standards and hygiene of all premises that serve/handle food. Each establishment has a rating and is required, through legislation, to be submitted to the Food Standards Agency (FSA). Last April the FSA changed how businesses are rated and re-visited, moving from a rating led approach to a risk based approach, i.e. a higher risk business would need to be visited sooner than a business with a low risk rating.
