GB-Bath: University of Bath John Wood Court A&B and C&D Refurbishment

The works comprise the refurbishment of the external fabric of John Wood Court A/B and C/D together with light touch internal refurbishment including mechanical & electrical works. Both properties date from the 1990s with A/B providing student social and study space to the ground floor with four storeys of accommodation to the upper floors. C/D is a four storey accommodation block. The buildings are owned/occupied on a long-term lease by the University of Bath. The University intend to refurbish the buildings on a phased basis with the following to be completed in 2025: • John Wood Court A&B - External refurbishment (entirety) and internal refurbishment of top 3no. floors of accommodation (with preference and option to complete 4 floors if achieveable) • John Wood Court C&D - External refurbishment (entirety) and internal refurbishment of top 3no. floors of accommodation (with preference and option to complete 4 floors if achieveable)
