Description
Birmingham City Council wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of supply of identity plates for private hire vehicles and hackney carriages. The scope of the proposed single framework agreement will include the supply and printing (as directed by the Council i.e., with provision for insertion of registration number, number of passengers, expiry date and plate number) of the following, all of which will be a single piece of laminate, or any other such material appropriate to the task (ideally recyclable). Ideally the task will require as few processes as possible. Private Hire Plates – printed as directed by the Council Private Hire Front Windscreen Card Semi-Permanent Window Flash Hackney Carriage Plates The framework agreement will commence 31st May 2026 and will be in place for 4 years with a break clause after year 2 subject to satisfactory performance and budgetary availability.
