As Vectra Polaris is still not covered in any national frame work and considering its unique features which makes it completely distinguished from all other substitute products available in the market, a decision of publishing the VEAT Notice on OJEU was taken. The VEAT Notice was published on OJUE on ... and a Stand Still period of ten days was observed to give opportunity to other probable suppliers in the market to challenge the decision. The Stand still period came to an end and on 01st April 2019 and no challenge has been received.
