ASC LD Supported Living at Homer and Wick Roads

Homer and Wick are accommodation based supported living schemes for individuals with learning disabilities and are in close proximity to each other. The properties are owned by Peabody Trust and care and support is provided by Heritage Care Ltd. The Council is commissioning care and support services at Homer Road and Wick Road that promote flexible, innovative approaches to service delivery, effective and efficient use of resources, and which provide a safe alternative for adults with a learning disability where residential care may otherwise be considered.
