Direct Selection from framework OJEU reference 2019/S 206-501196, Lot 16 (Whole House Internal and External Installation Works more than one million pounds) for Whole House Internal and External Installation Works including but not limited to: kitchen and bathroom installations, heating installations, electrical rewire works, installation of windows and doors, brickwork masonry and associated ancillary works, roofing and ancillaries, general building works and repairs painting and pre-paint repair, and environmental and estate improvement works etc at various locations / properties that are owned and/or managed by the Employer
