Homes England - Multidisciplinary - Northfleet Embankment - Kent

Homes England sought to appoint Monitoring Surveyor ("MS") from its national Multidisciplinary Framework Panel. The appointed MS will be required to provide an initial monitoring surveyor's report and ongoing, monthly progress monitoring reports for the development of 598 homes at the Northfleet Embankment site in Kent. The Reports are for lending security purposes in relation to a proposed recoverable investment facility from the Home Building Fund and will be used by Homes England as part of their initial and on-going Due Diligence. The Homes England Investment Transaction and Portfolio Management teams require these services to support the successful delivery of a recoverable investment transaction. The scope of reporting requirements is outlined in our Scope of Services, which was appended to the invitation to tender.
