Cumberland Council, responsible for a broad spectrum of services across the region, operates from an extensive and diverse property portfolio. This includes Care Homes, Highway Depots, Family Centres, Libraries, Historical Monuments, Museums, Schools, Offices, and more. Regular maintenance of this portfolio is essential to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of these crucial services. The framework will deliver numerous individual projects up to the value of £200,000, with an average value of £70,000 (based on historic figures). It is anticipated that between 4 and 8 contractors will be accepted onto each lot of the framework.
