Brook Street, Carlisle - Roof Renewal and Associated Works The County Council wishes to procure the following the following scheme: The removal and re-roofing (re-use original slates where possible, provide new roof membrane, new lead work) of the existing main school building. Replacement of roof lights to the flat roof area. Removal and replacement of existing suspended ceilings including the installation of new lighting. The removal of original lath and plaster to the existing roof structure (at rafter level). Removal and new installation of data, power including new containment (dado trunking) as well as extending the existing fire alarm system. Full decoration of classrooms. Re-pointing of the external brickwork with lime mortar
