Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out the works to meet the full criteria and requirements of both specifications. The project comprises of an extension to the property, in accordance with the supporting quotation and specification document. Works are to include extending the property to allow for the installation of a new bedroom and shower room. Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Suppliers wishing further information on this are invited to use this e-tendering system to 'Express Interest' to obtain the relevant documents. If you are not registered on the system, you will be required to do so at that point. Once you are logged in to the system, tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of the website. Please allow sufficient time to make a return via the system; late returns will not be accepted and the system will automatically prevent returns after the deadline time.
