CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF HAULAGE SERVICE TRANSPORTING WASTE MATERIALS FROM STAFFORDSHIRE'S HWRC TO IDENTIFIED DISPOSAL POINTS Staffordshire County Council currently outsources its HWRC operations, including haulage. From 30 March 2022 the service will be reverting to Staffordshire County Council. However, it has been determined that the haulage element of the operation will remain as an outsourced function.
