Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health (DH) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") has awarded a contract to supply Market Research Services on a reserve basis. This is to work mainly on the Ageing Well Life Course focusing on the Help us Help you (HUHY) campaign (which is actually an NHS England campaign) including other similar Life Courses campaigns as and when required.
