Communal Cleaning and Environmental Services

The Regenda Group have appointed service providers for the provision of communal cleaning including window cleaning, pest control and environmental cleans. Regenda will utilise bespoke terms and conditions; contracts awarded may run to a maximum term of five years. The estimated contract value across the three lots awarded is approximately 113,500 GBP per annum.Procurement for Housing have been appointed by The Regenda Group to facilitate this tendering exercise.
