This has no bearing on the outcome of the exercise. The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for the new build construction of the Sustainable Aviation Fuels Centre. Addendum: This value of this contact has been increased as a result of successive modifications for which a change in contractor could not be made for economic and technical reasons in line with regulation 72 (b) (i). No individual modification was above 10% and the cumulative modifications do not exceed 50%.
