Description
The contracting authority (IDS) is seeking a suitably qualified and licensed contractor to provide asbestos-related services at its properties across london. Removal and safe disposal of identified asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with current UK legislation and HSE guidelines. Comprehensive asbestos survey to 933 properties (management or refurbishment/demolition as required) to identify and assess ACMs prior to works.

Subject to the Contractor's satisfactory performance of the Services and compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, IDS reserves the right to extend the Contract for a further period of 2 years. Any extension shall be at the sole discretion of IDS and will be confirmed in writing prior to the expiry of the initial Contract Term. The decision to extend shall be based on, but not limited to, the following factors: Quality and timeliness of service delivery; Compliance with contractual obligations; Responsiveness and communication; Value for money.
