Repair & Maintenance and Void Works Tender 2018-21

Framework is seeking to appoint a Contractor to carry out the Repairs & Maintenance and Void works at both residential and commercial properties within its stock. All work will be within Framework geographical areas of operation; currently Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire & Leicestershire, however this is subject to change over the period of the contract. The Contractor is to manage the contract as required, overseeing all works by one or more Subcontractors (as approved by Framework). For clarity it should be noted that the contract will NOT include compliance work such as gas servicing water safety etc.
