Refurbishment and fit out of an educational facility

The project comprises the refurbishment and fit out of an educational facility in the centre of London known as, City Literature 1 - 10 Keeley St, London, WC2B 4BA. The project consists of the creation of a new gallery space, remodelling of the reception area, creation of an enlarged entrance including new front doors, demolition of the existing toilets and replacing them with new ones, new flooring, ceilings, decoration, furniture, lighting, data and other mechanical and electrical services, and structural alterations.
