Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Balcony Repair Works

Selwood Housing (the Client), in conjunction with Castia (acting as Employers Agent), are seeking a contractor to make repairs to existing concrete balcony slabs, repairs and redecoration to some balcony handrails, replacement of some balcony handrails, and applying a new surface coating to the concrete balcony slabs over 13 blocks of flats (46 balconies) in the Trowbridge Area. The works is required to start on or around August of this year and are expected to last 12 months. If you cannot meet these timeframes please do not submit a bid.
