HMRC Soft FM Services (North)

HMRC's estate transformation programme will result in a number of Regional Centres, transitional sites and specialist sites all requiring Soft FM suppliers to provide guidance and to support efficiencies in our Estate by the application of innovative and forward thinking FM services, leaders in their field who can also understand and work with HM Government governance and spend controls. HMRC have appointed one Soft FM supplier for each of the North, South and Central Regions of the United Kingdom.
