Description
Acivico's Constructing West Midlands team are procuring the next generation of the Constructing West Midlands framework for all types of building works. CWM3 will deliver individual construction related projects or programmes including new build work, extensions, improvements, renovations, reinstatements, repairs, electrical services, mechanical services, infrastructure works and may also include design and other services to develop and construct the works. Principal Works Contractors are invited to participate in a market engagement process with CWM by completing an early market engagement questionnaire. The information provided by suppliers will be used to help inform the framework design and procurement strategy. CWM reserve the right to hold further market engagement with selected questionnaire respondents, which may include in person or online events at CWM's discretion. This Framework is being established for Principal Works Contractor organisations only. Organisations other than Principal Works Contractors will not be invited to participate any further in this engagement process. It is intended that CWM3 will be a closed framework agreement and that it will be tendered in Lots, with multiple suppliers per Lot. It is anticipated that at least one Lot will be particularly suitable for SMEs. CWM is exploring opportunities for jointly procuring and/or managing this framework with other contracting authorities. This notice is for information only and CWM and Acivico reserve the right not to proceed to tender , or at their absolute discretion to amend the details at the time of issue of any further notices(s) at any other time.
