Water system maintenance, legionella control and water hygiene management to properties owned or managed by Grand Union Housing Group

The works / services will generally comprise works and services associated with water system maintenance, legionella control and water hygiene management, etc. to existing water systems. Such works and services shall include (but not be limited to): upgrading systems, removing replacing parts and components, maintenance, cleaning, servicing, checking, inspecting, sampling, assessing, testing, monitoring, recording, and providing risk assessments and other reports, etc. The above list is not necessarily exhaustive.
