Demolition Works Former Wilkinsons & Shopmobility Unit/ 10-12 Gaolgate St/Residual Works at former Guildhall Shopping Centre, Stafford Town Centre

The project is broken down into phases, and each phase will commence at different times. • Phase 1A - Soft strip and demolition of former Wilko store & Shopmobility unit, Broad Street, Stafford to form development platform. • Phase 1B - Soft strip and demolition of 10-12 Gaolgate Street, Stafford (GF store and upper floors) to form development platform. • Phase 1C - Façade Retention to Guildhall Shopping Centre Entrance (off Crabbery Street) followed by demolition of 2 storey retail units, associated concrete frame structure and glazed roof to rear of this. Tenders were invited using the Framework Agreement: CCS Framework RM6088 Construction Works and Associated Services.
