Halton Borough Council is proud to offer a real opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified provider to deliver a Pan Cheshire Missing from Home and Care and Exploitation services for children and young people across Cheshire. The exploitation element will include both Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE).Local Safeguarding Children Boards (LSCB'S) of Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton and Warrington have worked in partnership across Cheshire to address and improve the way we are tackling the areas of exploitation and missing children. The Cheshire LSCB's have joint protocols and priorities to identify and manage risk and to ensure a consistency in approach.
