Lintels, Helibeams and Wall Ties

Vico Homes Ltd is looking for one contractor who can work across the whole of the Wakefield district and wider operating area. All works will include emergency work, and any contractor must have provision to attend to emergencies as outlined in this document. The Contractor shall carry out survey, identification, and replacement of lintels, helibeams, and wall ties as specified in the project scope. The scope includes the removal and disposal of existing materials, supply of approved replacements, and reinstatement in accordance with current UK standards and building regulations.
