Project Manager for FECA

City College Plymouth has recently been granted ESFA Capital Funding for works and upgrades to the College in the value of just over £1m. The College has identified 3 schemes and is now seeking a Project Manager to write the detailed specifications, assist and support the tender process for each scheme and to project manage the contractors following award. The money must be spent by 31 March 2021. The anticipated value of the supply contract will exceed £25,000. Therefore, as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the opportunity will be advertised on the government portal 'Contracts Finder'.
