Disabled Adaptations Grant Work Framework

Scarborough Borough Council where required commissions contractors to carry out disabled adaptation worksto properties in order to facilitate independence for residents. In addition, the Council manages the provisionof the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) which enables residents in the borough to secure funding to carry outdisabled adaptations to their properties where this is necessary. This contract establishes contractors to deliver Disabled Adaptations Services in the following lots: Lot 1a: Ramps - Concrete Lot 1b: Ramps - Prefabricated Lot 2: Showers Lot 3: Heating - Air Source Lot 4: Heating - Electric Lot 5: Heating - Gas Lot 6: Heating - Oil Fired
