Selwood Housing (the Client), in conjunction with Castia (acting as Employers Agent), are seeking a contractor to make repairs to existing concrete balcony slabs, repairs and redecoration to some balcony handrails, replacement of some balcony handrails, and applying a new surface coating to the concrete balcony slabs over 13 blocks of flats (46 balconies) in the Trowbridge Area.
