Emergency Response & Rescue Equipment

The recently awarded contract delivers a comprehensive package to supply Rope Rescue Equipment, Hardware and Associated Rescue equipment to HM Coastguard Search and Rescue (SAR) operations to provide the operational safety of MCA personnel. This includes various types of hardware and equipment used in HM Coastguard rescue systems and MCA Survey and Inspection safe systems of work in a variety of disciplines including; Casualty care (First aid, casualty packaging, evacuation, rescue Stretchers), Search, Rope Rescue (Work at Height), Water Safety and Rescue including Flooding to support Civil Contingencies and Survey & Inspection. This procurement was a mini competition using the YPO Emergency Response and Rescue Equipment Dynamic Purchasing System (reference number 1110).
