Café Concession offered for café/pavilion in popular recreation ground

Horley Town Council invites interested parties to express an interest for the opportunity to operate a Café Concession for a recently constructed café/pavilion in its popular receation ground. We are looking for a tenant to provide an innovative and exciting catering experience for all visitors of our busy recreation ground. The Expression of Interest notice is attached.
