Content Strategy Support Website Transformation

The supplier will undertake content strategy support for Ofgem to focus on: * Core - the aspiration of all communications for Ofgem. * Substance - what Ofgem is communicating. * Structure - what Ofgem is publishing (and not publishing) and where. * Workflow - how content gets from ideation to publication, iteration and end of life. * Governance - who is responsible and accountable for Ofgem's content. This work will support Ofgem's digital transformation and allow its users and stakeholders to get the right information.
