Provision of Minibuses

1. BACKGROUND 1.1 This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by for Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust (NPCAT) to procure Mini Busses for [60 Month] via the Ethical & Sustainable Supply DPS. 2. OBJECTIVE 2.1 This FC sets out the requirements of this procurement and provides information on how the tender process will be managed. It also explains the clarification process and confirms the process that will be used to evaluate Tender(s). 2.2 This document outlines the lease specifications for 7 18-seat minibuses for Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust (NPCAT) in the UK. The contract includes breakdown cover, full maintenance, and an annual mileage allowance of 10,000 miles per bus. The lease is structured as a business hire agreement for 60 months.
