This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified.<br/><br/>This modification is made at the discretion of the relevant authority and the modification does not render the contract or framework agreement materially different in character and The cumulative change in the lifetime value of the contract or framework agreement, compared to its value when it was entered into, is under 25%, under Regulation 13.1.d.<br/><br/>This contract has been extended until 30th November 2025 following an abandoned procurement to allow the Commissioner time to conduct a Competitive Process.<br/><br/>The decision makers were: East Midlands Joint Commissioning Committee.<br/><br/>No conflicts of interest were identified in this process.
