Description

East Sussex County Council has an ongoing requirement for a provider to supply specialist Information Technology consultancy services, which are critical to supporting the Council's wide-ranging and evolving digital and software development needs. To meet these demands, the Council's IT & Digital Service requires continued access to a specialist service provider with the expertise to support Microsoft SharePoint and deliver a broader suite of IT consultancy services. These include, but are not limited to, the following key project areas: • Power BI / Microsoft Fabric - Business Intelligence solutions. • Power Platform - Low-code application development and automation. • Microsoft Purview - M365 Security, Governance and Compliance solutions. • SharePoint and Office365 Consultancy Service. Additional service expectations include: • Provision of support via email or online ticketing systems to ensure efficient issue tracking and resolution. • Adherence to ISO/IEC 27001 standards to guarantee robust information security management practices. • Compliance with the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) to ensure personnel meet appropriate security vetting requirements.
