This is for a short-term strategic project which has recently received funding with a four-month run time so time is against us. The needs of the project are niche and specialist and have been identified through appropriate internal networks. A few avenues have been explored but all other options have been ruled out either due to high costs or unable to provide the services required. The cost agreed is at the bottom range of the budget allowance and, given the specialist field, ranks as good value for money.
