ESCC - JH - RFQ - Highway Condition SCRIM Survey on All Roads with a Hierarchy of 2, 3a and 3b

East Sussex County Council has a Statutory Duty to ensure regular surveys are undertaken to determine the condition of public highways within the County of East Sussex. East Sussex County Council is seeking a Service Provider (the "Service Provider") to undertake such services as described in The Service Specification. This tender is for a 3-year contract for SCRIM survey (Skidding Resistance Testing) on all roads with a hierarchy of 2, 3a, and 3b.
