Marketing Services for the France (Channel) England Programme

Norfolk County Council is the Managing Authority for the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England (FCE) programme. The FCE programme is an example of European Territorial Cooperation programme which aims to fund high quality economic development projects on either side of the English Channel. The council sought to buy marketing services to encourage project applications to the Programme in both France and the UK. Marketing will be undertaken for a year from September 2017 and work will be undertaken through the entire programme area. The procurement is related to a programme financed by European Union funds; the Interreg France (Channel) England programme funded through ERDF funds by the European Commission.
