For the Supply of a Public Address System for Major Events

BCP Council requires a supplier to provide a full public address system for major events including Bournemouth Air Festival; to include the necessary horn speakers, amplifiers, cabling and commentary unit, along with having an on-site presence and out of hours call out, to react to PA issues during the event.\r \r The contract will be for one year with the option to extend annually for a further four years. (1+1+1+1+1). Therefore, if all extensions are taken the full length of the contract would be for five years. The anticipated start date of the contract is 1st August 2023. \r
