Mersey Forest - Consultancy support for the development of a web based GIS natural capital application

This RFQ relates to the purchase of support for the development or use of a web based GIS natural capital application that will allow Community Forests to report progress in the delivery of the Trees for Climate programme, develop the ability to monetise uplift in natural capital and develop a tool that can evolve over time to meet Community Forest needs to respond to evolving national policy.
